The new fluorescent lamps and the clock and the switches and the time-setting capability are all fully functional. The Telechron clock runs quietly and keeps time. The original cord is in great shape and still quite supple for its age. When you do see these Litemaster clock-lamps offered for sale, they often are missing the clock glass or the time-setting knob, or the transformers for lighting up the fluorescent lamps may not be as responsive as they should be, or even the electric cord may be exposing the internal copper wire (fire and/or electrocution hazard).
